10 YEARS of HELPING PEOPLE to GET FITTER, LIGHTER & STRONGER

About Hit My Goal

Now in its 11th year, Hit My Goal was built on a simple belief: getting fitter, stronger and healthier shouldn’t feel like punishment. It shouldn’t mean living on lettuce, skipping social events or dreading every workout. It should feel purposeful. Structured. Achievable. And, dare I say it… enjoyable.

Over the past decade, we’ve worked with real people juggling busy jobs, families, injuries, weddings, charity rides and everything in between. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s progress. We take time to understand what matters to you, build a plan that fits your life, and explain it clearly so you know exactly why you’re doing what you’re doing. No random workouts. No guesswork. No drama.

Most importantly, this is a partnership. We set clear targets. We measure properly. We adjust when life happens. We celebrate wins. We laugh a lot. And somewhere along the way, something shifts — you stop chasing quick fixes and start owning the process. That’s when hitting your goal stops being a one-off moment and starts becoming your new normal.

Over the years we have helped hundreds of people from Brixworth and surrounding villages such as Holcot, Scaldwell, Cottersbrooke, Creaton, Spratton, Guilsborough, Holdenby, Ravensthorpe, Teeton, Hollowell, Pitsford, Chapel Brampton, Church Brampton, Moulton, Boughton, Harlestone, Old, Walgrave, Sywell, Overstone, Mears Ashby, Earls Barton, Orlingbury, Broughton, Mawsley, Clipston, Kelmarsh, Maidwell, Great Oxendon, Hanging Houghton, Lamport, Harrington as well as Market Harborough, Kettering and Northampton.
